The most important thing you can learn about me is I only work with a handful of clients at a time. I enjoy having personal and fulfilling relationships with my clients and I’m not interested in filtering through a blur of impersonal sales – that wouldn’t be fun for me or fair to you.
Secondly, I am very energetic, honest and will go above and beyond the scope of the work without hesitation and always with a smile! Plus, YOU are going to have questions and A LOT of them but don’t worry I’m sure I have heard and answered the same question yesterday but believe me when you ask… I’m sure I will answer it as if it was the first to ever hear it BECAUSE I don’t ever want you to feel like you were to know the answer. My professionalism and integrity has made me a successful and highly trusted realtor!
Another interesting fact about me is I’ve started on ground level of a mortgage company to learn every step my future buyer would go through so I could have a better understanding from start to finish. I want to be the person you can ask any question regardless if it’s about the house, market or about your loan I want to be able to answer any questions you may have or need better understanding with. And, after learning the ins and outs of real estate as a professional, I have focused on two simple goals. For buyers, I want to find them a property they look forward to coming home to every day. For sellers, I want to get top dollar for their property – maybe even more than they thought possible.
